An item is missing from my order.

If you have a item missing from your order, contact customer service by e-mail at for the most immediate response.
If you include as much relevant information as possible it will speed up the process.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

We do not currently offer gift vouchers or certificates.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, we do not accept PayPal. at step 5 at checkout you can choose to pay your order with Paypal. 

when you will choose Paypal as you payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website when you place an order.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

There is no problem shipping to a P.O. box by regular ground shipping. However, if your order is a rush and you wish to ship express you will need to have it delivered to a location other than a P.O. box.

Please note that any orders being delivered to a P.O. Box address can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

You do not need to create an account to shop with us. Accounts are available to provide an easy way to keep track of your orders and provide additional tools to make your experience with us more satisfying. Sign up is optional.

Do you have a shop?

No, we do not have a storefront location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we will ship anywhere world-wide. To view our international shipping rates click here.

Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.

Have you received my returned goods?

If you wish to enquire about the state of products you have previously returned you may enquire with Customer Service.

If you send them an e-mail at which includes all relevant details they will respond as soon as possible.

How do I find a specific product?

To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box which is at the top of any page. If you know the product number you can type that into the search bar and will be taken directly to the product page.

If you are not certain what you are looking for you can browse our products using the main menu categories. Each one narrows down our product list into more specific and manageable lists.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for our Customer Service staff would be happy to assist you. Simply e-mail customer service for a quick and helpful response.

How do I place an order?

When you find a product you are interested in, click on the image to go to the product page. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles which will allow you to customize it for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added and you may continue shopping without interruption.

If it is an item than can be personalized you must select "Yes Please" under the "Personalize this item" heading - if you wish to personalize it.

You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on or hovering over the shopping bag icon located at the top right of each page. You may also click the "Checkout" link to view your order on a separate page. When you view your shopping cart you can change product amounts, change personalization or remove them.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security!

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Please review your order at this time, as it is your last chance to make any changes. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details. Your order will then be assigned to the nearest WeddingsAvenue Dealer.

How do I redeem a promotion code?

there are 2 place that you can redeem your promotion code:

at shoppoing cart or at step 2 of the checkout process, enter the exact code in the box for "Promotion Code". Continue the checkout process by clicking "Continue Checkout". If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page.

If your discount does not appear check that you have entered it in the exact format it is written.

How do I return an item?

If you have received an item in unsatisfactory condition please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of receiving the product. The simplest way to reach them is through e-mail at

*You MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given without prior approval. If we approve the refund the you will need to return the item back to us by mail to our location in Canada.

How do I track my order?

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at the Checkout. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

Due to high temperatures experienced between May 1 - Sept 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.

How secure is your web site?

WeddingsAvenue is committed to providing you with a private and secure shopping experience.

We have taken the appropriate measures to secure all confidential information provided when making purchases. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is used to safeguard against hacker intrusion. All personal information received during any transaction with us will remain private and will never be sold to outside parties.

Your personal information will remain the exclusive property of WeddingsAvenue.

How will my product be packaged?

<p>All possible care is taken when packaging your order. It is our goal to ensure that it arrives as safely as possible. If for any reason your shipment arrives damaged please contact <a href="/contacts">Customer Service</a> within 10 days of its arrival.</p>

I have just placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?

Whether an order can be modified is dependent upon the items ordered. We encourage customers to review all orders before they are submitted, as changes cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to change order details please contact customer service.

I have received a faulty or damaged item.

If there is anything wrong with an order that you have received please contact Customer Service within 10 days.

My payment has been declined.

Unfortunately there isn't much that we can do if your credit card is not approved. If you believe you have the funds on the card we recommend contacting your credit card company. They will sometimes put a block on a card if you are ordering from an unfamiliar location or from somewhere you have never ordered from before.

If contacting your credit card company does not resolve the problem the only other solution we can offer is that you should try a different card.

WeddingsAvenue Returns Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days for a refund*. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.


No returns will be accepted on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned.

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

Why can't I add a specific item to my shopping bag?

Your product may be marked as out of stock, unavailable to your location, or discontinued. For items marked as out of stock you can choose to be notified by e-mail as soon as they come back in stock by clicking the link above the item and filling out appropriate details.
